It should be the tallest building in Benidorm with 60 floors and it should be built in the Poniente part of the popular coastal town. The businessman Toni Mayor wants to invest 50 million euros in a four-star hotel about 204 meters high. With the new skyscraper that is to become a four-star hotel and the preliminary design of Interproyectos is already known, Benidorm must have the tallest building and the fifth tallest in Spain.

The most striking feature of the new building is the ground floor where only the lifts are located and the reception that is located at a height of 45 meters. Furthermore, there must be 450 hotel rooms and all facilities such as the bars, restaurant, swimming pool and solarium are at considerable heights.

With this new 4-star hotel, Benidorm must have the highest building of approximately 204 meters, which is more than the current highest building, Intempo with 198 meters (47 floors). After Intempo the Gran Hotel Bali is on the list with 186 meters (52 floors) followed by Torre Lúgano with 158 meters (43 floors), Neguri Gane with 148 meters (43 floors) and Edificio Kronos with 140 meters (41 floors).

The new skyscraper hotel to be built will be the tallest building in Benidorm but not in Spain. On that list the new building is in fifth place (which is now for Intempo) while the list is led by the Torre de Cristal (Madrid) with 249 meters (50 floors) followed by the Torre Cespa (Madrid) with 248 meters ( 49 floors), Torre PwC (Madrid) with 236 meters (52 floors) and Torre Espacio (Madrid) with 224 meters (56 floors).
