How we as Nelemans estate agents deal with the situation surrounding the corona virus.

Since the outbreak of the corona virus, safeguarding the health and safety of our customers and employees has been our priority. The corona virus has currently caused a large peak of infections in our country. We follow the news and advice from, among others, the RIVM and the GGD in the Netherlands very carefully. These do not deviate from the policy enforced by the Spanish authorities. We take various measures within the company to ensure health and safety.
What we do:
-We give you a smile instead of a hand.
-We wear a mouth mask when moving within the building.
-We keep an appropriate distance of at least 1.5 meters from each other.
-You can take a seat at least 1.5 meters away from other customers in our waiting areas.
-We clean waiting tables, desks and the bar and sitting areas in our courtyard extra often.
-You will find sufficient disinfectants and masks in Nelemans' office.
What we ask of you:
-Make an appointment.
-Come with a maximum of 2 people.
-Wear a mouth mask.
-Disinfect your hands.
-Keep 1.5 meters away from others.
We are open
The Nelemans sales office in Rojales is open every day from 10:00 to 14:00. We also work by appointment outside office hours. Also on weekends. We keep a close eye on the developments surrounding the corona virus. The health and safety of our customers and employees are top priority for Nelemans. We follow the guidelines and advice of the RIVM and the GGD, among other things. These do not deviate from the general advice in Spain. In addition to the generally applicable hygiene measures, we take extra preventive measures if the situation requires it.

For example, with a video call with one of our sales advisers to go deeper into the matter and get to know them personally. He or she immediately answers your questions and can digitally show you your dream home remotely through an extensive video viewing.
