News: Goldcar rent-a-car owners build a skyscraper in Benidorm

The owners of the Spanish car rental company Goldcar are going to build a new skyscraper in Benidorm.
The brothers Juan and Pedro Alcaraz call it 36 floors on Avenida Villajoyosa 'Benidorm Beach' high building. The skyscraper will have 220 apartments of which 25% has already been sold, according to the owners of the building.
'Benidorm Beach' is 36 storeys high and will have 220 apartments. These are sold with prices between 195,000 and 320,000 euros. In just two months, 25% of the 220 apartments have already been sold, the majority of which are the cheapest. But that success will already lead to a price increase of 5%.
Among the buyers there are many new owners from Scandinavian countries but there are also some Spaniards who have bought an apartment. The majority will be for the holidays and as a second home.
